Implement

It is really important that your customised structure is set up correctly so that you can achieve the maximum savings possible. We liase directly with banks and brokers to make sure this happens.

Do we have to change lender?

With Equitus we can set up your new facility with your current lender, a lender of your choice or we can find the lender that will offer you the best possible rates.

We will make reccomendations during this process but ultimately the choice is yours.

A typical Equitus mortgage structure

After the best possible structure is worked out and you decide you want to proceed with the Equitus Mortgage Management Program, we set your structure up with the lender.

Depending on the lender you choose, Equitus will either work with a mortgage broker or a lender's mobile mortgage manager to ensure the structure and your new accounts are set up correctly. Our aim is to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

Your Equitus Client Manager will also show you how to use other banking tools such as credit cards, automatic payments, direct debits, to get even further ahead. Using your current expenses, your client manager can also help you create an easy to use budget that shows you how to manage your outgoings as efficiently as possible.

Once your new structure is implemented you will receive your first years cashflow projections so you can see month by month the progress you are making. Don't forget if anything changes such as income or expenses Equitus will update your plan so it is accurate and you can always see where you stand.
